On September 18, 2020, The State Council Information Office issued a white paper entitled "China's Armed Forces:30 Years of UN Peacekeeping Operations". It is the first white paper on peacekeeping in the form of a government announcement.

On September 18th 2020, the State Council Information Office of the PRC released the first white paper on China’s Armed Forces participating in UN PKOs.
