An armored regiment of the Shenyang Military Area Command has established an incentive mechanism to encourage its officers and men to strive to be the best in military training. In 2005, the regiment adopted various measures to kindle the enthusiasm of its officers and men in military training. As a result, remarkable achievements have been made in military training.
