Just after the New Year's Day, a division under the Lanzhou Military Area Command took the advantage of the sudden dropping temperature and heavy snow to take a vigorous grip on the training of its recruits by strictly implementing the requirements of the military training outline, in a bid to direct the new soldiers to have a good beginning in the barracks.
