At 9:15 am yesterday morning, the new type homemade helicopters roared off one after another from a training field of the Army Aviation Institute (AAI). Shortly afterwards, they landed smoothly after completing a string of highly difficult flight maneuvers. Guo Hongru, commander of this test flight on site, told the reporter, "The success of this flight training indicates that our regiment has successfully completed the type-approval test flight for this new type homemade helicopter."

　　In order to ensure the success of the test flight, this regiment developed over 20 sets of training methods in light of the special features of this new type helicopter, by which it successfully completed the maiden flight and test flight for the helicopter, and on that basis, it has formed a complete set of training system. During the test flight period, the regiment made 41 rational proposals altogether to the manufacturer, which served as the first-hand data for the further improvement and type-approval of the helicopter.
