On the eve of the Spring Festival, the first NCO education and training cooperation team of the PLA was formally established. 26 representatives from the military institutions and units of the University and Institute Cooperation Center in Nanjing Region gathered at the PLA Naval NCO School to discuss the issues related to the cooperation. The newly established NCO education and training cooperation team will serve as a bridge for such activities as the study of NCO education and training theory and joint construction and share of teaching resources, etc., and make positive contributions to the building of an information-oriented NCO contingent.
