　　An artillery regiment of the Lanzhou Military Area Command maneuvered deep to the Tengeli Desert after covering a long distance to carry out a comprehensive exercise in late July. Seen in the photo is a gun-howitzer battalion of the regiment in firing practice with live ammunition.
