Erection of antenna

　　In late autumn, a communication regiment of the Xinjiang Military Area Command marched into the Takelamagan Desert to stage a comprehensive communication exercise with full strength and equipment. In recent years, this regiment has, in light of the need of future information-based operations, often taken its troops to snow-covered plateau or the Gobi Desert to drill on important and difficult communication subjects, such as how to ensure the smooth communication of the troops when they are on the move, in combat or in countering hostile interference, etc. through which it intends to create some new communication methods and enhance the comprehensive operational capability of its troops.
