　　Hu Jintao, chairman of the Central Military Commission, signed an order to issue and put into effect the newly revised "Regulations on the Management of the Organ's Official Documents of the Chinese People's Liberation Army", which is an important measure to carry out the principle of directing the military affairs according to law and be strict with the army. It is of great significance to the promotion of the standardized, institutionalized and scientific management of military organ's official documents, to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the management of official documents, to the betterment of the leading style and the working style and to the strengthening of the regularized construction of our army.

　　The new regulations is an important military statute and provides the basis for military organs at all levels in their management of the official documents. Therefore, leaders at all levels must highly value the implementation of the new regulations with frequent check and supervision, and play an exemplary role in executing the related provisions regarding the official document management. Organs at all levels must organize the affiliated personnel to earnestly study and give publicity to the new regulations, firmly uphold the idea of managing official documents according to the new regulations, have an intimate knowledge of and master the new regulations, execute the new regulations strictly, be energetic in studying the work of official document management and try hard to be "adepts" in this aspect. We should raise the level of military organs' official document management to a new height through the joint efforts at all levels, so as to make it serve better the building of a revolutionary, modernized and regularized people's army, and serve better the fulfillment of our army's historical mission in the new century and new period.
