Upon the invitation of Le Van Dung, director of the General Political Bureau of the Vietnamese People's Army, and Sengnouane Sayalat, chief of the General Political Bureau of the Lao People's Army, Li Jinai, director of the General Political Department of the PLA, left Beijing yesterday to pay an official friendly visit to the two countries.

　　The principal members of his delegation include Wu Huayang, deputy political commissar of the PLA Navy and Duan Luding, deputy political commissar of the Chengdu Military Area Command who left Beijing by the same flight.
