A Chinese military delegation led by General Jing Zhiyuan, member of the Central Military Commission and commander of the Second Artillery Force of the PLA paid a four-day official friendly visit to Bulgaria from November 30 to December 4.

　　On the morning of November 4, Jing Zhiyuan held cordial and friendly talks with Yankulova, Bulgarian deputy defense minister, in which he briefed his host on China's national defense and economic development. Yankulova extended warm welcome to the visiting Chinese military delegation and expressed the hope that the exchanges between the two militaries would be further strengthened at various levels.

　　During the visit, Bulgarian chief of general staff and commander of the army met with the Chinese military delegation respectively.
