On July 15, a unit of the Second Artillery Force (SAF) conducted another large-scale integrated drill on flood fighting and disaster relief. Almost 1,000 officers and men were involved in the drills on such subjects as maritime rescue, rescue of the wounded, bridge erection, sanitation and epidemic prevention, catering support and all, for the sake of further enhancing their capability in emergency handling like scientific flood fighting and rapid emergency rescue.
