At 10:00 on November 2, the PLA Navy's oceangoing training ship "Zhenghe" left Zhanjiang naval port to visit Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. 400 high-spirited naval officers and men clad in white naval uniform lined up in neat formation on the deck under the command of Senior Captain Yang Junfei, commandant of the Dalian Naval Academy to kick off a voyage of peace, mission and culture.
