The largest indoor maritime environment simulation experimental zone in China was completed on Nov. 14 in the PLA University of Science and Technology (UST). The experimental zone is big and complete enough to meet the needs of the experimental teaching and study of such special hydrodynamics subjects as maritime environmental simulation and the internal wave jet trace of the submarine, and therefore, is of extremely scientific importance and applicable value militarily with the respect to study the process of marine dynamics and the particular characteristics of the hydrodynamics of the underwater operation platform.
