PLA delegation holds second plenary meeting

Yesterday afternoon, the PLA
delegation attending the Third Session of the Tenth National People' Congress
held its second plenary meeting. 12 deputies made the proposals and suggestions
at the meeting on how to perform the sacred mission of the PLA, how to step up
the informationization drive，how to implement the talents cultivation strategy
and how to uphold the principle of running the army strictly according to law.
Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, Liang Guanglie, Li Jinan and Liao Xilong attended and
Cao Gangchuan presided over the meeting.
