In order to enable the officers and men in training at sea to keep abreast with the progress of the “Two Sessions” and earnestly study and implement the spirit of the “Two Sessions”, a maritime garrison command of the North China Sea Fleet arranges special messengers to deliver newspapers timely to the training troops so as to boost their training morale.
