The prospect of the motherland is promising and the reunification is irresistible. When the good news of adopting the Anti-Secession Law with a thumping majority at the Third Session of the Tenth National People's Congress reached the “Heihe Good No.8 Company”, with the honorary title awarded by the Central Military Commission, the officers and men were inspired greatly with their spirit roused and decided to show their firm support to the Anti-Secession Law with their actual performance.

　　For days on end, the company has organized its officers and men to carry out activities such as making pledge in front of the army flag, giving lectures and contest in knowledge etc. with the theme of “loving the motherland, yearning for reunification and building up military might” in combination with the study of the Anti-Secession Law, aiming at guiding the troops to understand the profound meaning of enacting the Anti-Secession Law, recognizing the lofty mission the law entrusted to the army and building up the senses of responsibility and urgency to make preparation for military struggle. In the northern frontier of China, the officers and men were drilling diligently against the frigidity in the early spring. The sentinels were on duty with impressive postures, the petrol detachment inspected tracks carefully and the exercises of ambush and capture were in full swing.
