PLA delegation holds second plenary meeting
The PLA delegation
attending the 4th Session of the 10th NPC held its second plenary meeting
yesterday afternoon. Thirteen deputies aired their views and made suggestions on
how to innovate training system and mode, how to push for in-depth development
of the tri-service joint logistics reform, how to protect servicemen's
legitimate rights and interests, and how to foster a large number of military
talents, etc. Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, Liang Guanglie, Li Jinai and Liao Xilong
attended, and Cao Gangchuan presided over, the meeting.
Twelve members of the 10th NPC Standing Committee also joined in the
meeting and listened to the speeches of the PLA deputies.
