U.S. have, on the whole, developed a good tendency of stable development at
present, while both militaries are also in the process of boosting their
relations. The Chinese side has all along kept a proactive approach to promoting
the ties of the two armed forces and is ready to make concerted efforts with the

state and military leaders of the two countries, clear off the hurdles and bring
about constant development to the relations of the two armed forces.
