Information Engineering University (IEU)，one of the five comprehensive universities of the PLA， is a key military institution of higher learning of science and engineering in China. The university undertakes the duties to breed senior and middle-class engineering technology and scientific research talents and junior and middle-class commanding officers for the national defense.
