On the morning of April 21, multinational naval activities were held at Qingdao harbor to celebrate Chinese PLA Navy's 60th anniversary of founding, and delegations from 29 naval forces attended the activities, turning Qingdao into an ocean of friendship between the naval officers and men from different countries.
