　　The Second Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, concluded here Friday morning after completing its nine-day agenda.

　　The meeting was presided over by Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee. President Hu Jintao and other top leaders attended the closing meeting.
