	Nie Haisheng : 　　Born in Zaoyang, Hubei Province in September 1964. He joined the PLA in June 1983, and graduated from the No.7 Flying Academy of the PLA Air Force in 1987. He once served as a pilot in an aviation division of the PLA Air Force.
