General Li Tao Born
in 1905 in Hunan Province, and passed away in 1970.
 Li Tao was conferred the rank of General in 1955. |
 Li Tao (first from left) was together with Zhu De, Ye Jianying, Ye Jizhuang and Li Qiang etc. at the Military Industry Meeting in Yan'an in Oct.1940. |
