Marines execute anti-terrorism training in eastern Indian Ocean

A marine assigned to a far-sea training taskforce with the South China Sea Fleet under the PLA Navy climbs into the comprehensive supply ship Luomahu (Hull 964) through a rope ladder from a combat rubber raiding craft during an anti-terrorism and anti-hijack training exercise in the waters of the eastern Indian Ocean on February 20, 2017. The naval taskforce, composed of three new-type Chinese naval battleships, namely the guided-missile destroyers Changsha (Hull 173) and Haikou (Hull 171), and the comprehensive supply ship Luomahu (Hull 964), started their far-sea training exercise from Feb. 10, 2017.
