Aviadarts of International Army Games 2017 concludes in China

CHANGCHUN, Aug 10 (ChinaMil) -- Aviadarts contest of the International Army Games 2017 concluded in Changchun, capital city of northeast China's Jilin province on August 10.

General Ma Xiaotian, member of China’s Central Military Commission (CMC) and commander of the Air Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA), attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech.

Ma Xiaotian said that the successful holding of the Aviadarts competition has helped further deepen the mutual understanding and trust between the air force troops of China and Russia, promote the continuous elevation of combat effectiveness of the two air forces, and open up a new chapter in cooperation between the armed forces, especially the air forces of the countries.

The Chinese Air Force is willing to continue to conduct in-depth cooperation with its Russian counterpart in the International Army Games, Ma said.

Ma stated that he Chinese Air Force has always maintained the concept of development based on friendly cooperation and is willing to further expand exchange and enhance cooperation with air forces of different countries so as to make joint efforts to enrich flight training contents, and to make a greater contribution to the construction of a lasting "mutually beneficial, win-win, safe and harmonious" air space.
