BEIJING, Jan. 10 (ChinaMil) -- The Conscription Office of the Ministry of National Defense (MND) has issued a notice on making full preparations for the conscription work in 2018.
According to the document, China's official conscription website (http://www.gfbzb.gov.cn) will be open to public access on Jan. 10 for online military service registration, enlistment signing-up and policy consultation.
According to the ministry's notice, all local conscription organs should release the circular on military service registration in time after the website goes live, and the registration should be completed by June 30.
Priorities will be given to college graduates to ensure the quantity and quality of recruits with higher education backgrounds, the notice said.
