BEIJING, May 7 (ChinaMil) -- Troops stationed in the Chinese PLA Support Base in Djibouti will wear new breast tags for troops stationed overseas and specialized armbands for the base in Djibouti from June, 1, 2018,according to the PLA Daily on May, 6, 2018.

The pattern of the breast tag for troops stationed overseas is composed of the military emblem, five-pointed star, shield, Great Wall crenel and olive branch. The pattern of the specialized armband for the Chinese PLA Support Base in Djibouti is composed of national flag, olive branch and the name of “Chinese PLA Support Base in Djibouti" in both Chinese and English, meaning that the Chinese PLA troops stationed in the support base in Djibouti is an important force in safeguarding world peace and stability.
