The photo exhibition themed "CPLA (Chinese People's Liberation Army): A Force for World Peace" was launched at the UN headquarters in New York from February 11 to February 22.
The exhibition on China's peacekeeping efforts is composed of four sections as participating in UN peacekeeping missions, securing maritime passages, providing disaster relief and humanitarian assistance, as well as conducting exchanges and cooperation.
Many visitors including United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General for Field Support Atul Khare and Military Adviser for Peacekeeping Operations Carlos Humberto Loitey, left their notes of appreciation and acknowledgement after watching the exhibition.
