Chinese military launches examination training session 2019 for recruitment of public civilian personnel

BEIJING, April 23 (ChinaMil) -- Recently, the training session for examiners of the 2019 PLA public civilian personnel recruitment examination has been smoothly concluded. According to the arrangement, over 200 people from 12 military institutions who are responsible for the organization and implementation of the examination, including relevant departmental heads, officers in charge and examination liaisons officers, attended the training program.

The training program focuses on introducing policies and procedure related to the examination, demonstrating how to use of the exam system, answering questions in practical operation, as well as clarifying the examination discipline and accountability of examiners. Experts from the Ministry of Public Security were invited to give lectures on examination security and plagiarism crackdown. All trainees would undergo an assessment after the training session.

It is learnt that nearly 200 examination places in 78 cities are prepared for the PLA public civilian personnel recruitment examination which is scheduled to be held on April 27. The Central Military Commission (CMC) have issued special notices requiring that relevant units should plan scientifically and organize efficiently, strictly implement the relevant examination work regulations of the army, set up the examination work leading group, and ensure the main leaders of the unit to take prime responsibilities to conduct the examination smoothly and orderly.

Examination halls need to be well-equipped with anti-cheating equipments. It should be ensured that all examiners and exam security personnel are politically-reliable, decent, highly moral, and with a strong sense of responsibility. Each of them will sign documents specifying their responsibilities. Discipline inspection department will also conduct close supervision to ensure the examination is fair, impartial, secure and smooth.
