DAMASCUS, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- The Syrian air defense forces responded to an "aggression" targeting the T-4 air base in the central province of Homs on Tuesday, state news agency SANA reported.
Preliminary reports indicated that the attack was carried out by war planes against the air base, which is located in the countryside of Homs, the report said.
It did not mention who targeted the air base.
