BEIJING, Oct. 21 -- Service members assigned to a border defense company of the Kashgar Sub-Military Command under the PLA Xinjiang Military Command, in coordination with local civil departments, assisted Pakistani herdsmen with their winter migration on October 19.
Due to the inconvenience posed by steep mountains and rivers, the Pakistani herdsmen have to walk for two kilometers in China's side on their way to winter pasture.
