GAO, Mali, April 26 -- Recently, the 9th Chinese Peacekeeping Engineering Contingent to Mali has completed the construction of an ammunition depot for the Jordanian Peacekeeping Ground Contingent at the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) UN House compound in Gao. Over 300 Chinese peacekeeping engineers and more than 100 engineering vehicles participated in this mission. The MINUSMA Headquarters lauded this ammunition depot as a "sample project of Chinese engineering" and planned to popularize it in all the MINUSMA peacekeeping forces.
